For the 10th Anniversary Youth Camp we returned to Camp Bentzon on Kawau Island, the site of three previous camps.

The range of activities included a confidence course and climbing tower, kayaking, sailing, swimming and volley-ball, as well as more leisurely indoor and outdoor games. There was also ample time just to sit around and chat or play music.

Bible teaching was provided by Gareth Jones, the director of Sport4Christ, an organisation which seeks to equip Christian sports players and coaches of all ages to reach the world of sport in New Zealand with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Originally from the UK, Gareth and his wife Alison are now children's and youth workers at Redeemer Grace Presbyterian Church in Auckland.
